Much of this resonates for me Graham though we do well to remember that many of these institutions pay our salaries and as publicly funded institutions (until very recently anyway) are of our making in an indirect sort of way. This is about transformation from within by and large whilst also acknowledging the new educational opportunities of the internet age.
