More failure indeed! Students should definitely be better prepared to face the real life tussles of the workplace and society. Excellent post.
Agree, we need to see the standard we have to reach in order to try to attain it. However, as with all things in life there is a personal context – too much failure will discourage, too little support, self esteem that is too fragile …getting Vygotsky’s gap right for the individual is crucial.
